The Lakewood Branch library is hosting “An evening with Dave Lieber,” Thursday, Oct. 17 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Lieber is an established, investigative columnist with the Dallas Morning News, a playwright and an author. During his time at the Lakewood Branch, Lieber will be sharing stories from his latest book, Dandy Don Meredith: The First Dallas Cowboy.
The biography explores the trajectory of the former Dallas Cowboys football quarterback, Don Meredith, and his nine-year tenure with the team.
Lieber will be bringing copies of the book for attendees to sign and take home.
