The Jakes Burgers & Beer location on Henderson Avenue is permanently closed.
Spokeswoman Kendra Shier said the restaurant closed because of an uncooperative landlord for the property at 2422 N. Henderson Ave.
The burger house will be reopening in another spot that is to be determined, Shier said.
Jakes has eight other open restaurants in locations that include Lake Highlands, Uptown, Frisco, Grand Prairie and more.
