Abby’s Bagels is nearing completion as a large “now hiring sign” has been placed on the front of the bagel shop located at 1915 Greenville Ave., between Feng Cha and The Old Crow.
A week ago, Abby’s was boarded up, unable to view the development inside.
Based on outside observation, the shop still has a ways to go from serving bagels. However, it may be near the end of its construction based on furnishings like countertops, chairs and shelving.
According to previous Advocate reporting, Kathy Fielder and Transit Bicycle Co. previously occupied the location.
An opening date has not been established on their website or social media.
