Hudson House Restaurant & Raw Bar will debut in the 4,500 square-foot space at 4040 Abrams Road in January. It will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

For those missing IHOP pancakes, fear not. Hudson House has a weekend brunch that’s not to be missed. The eatery offers pancakes, toasts, bagels, traditional egg dishes and a creative cocktail menu that includes the famous “World’s Coldest Martini.”

Hudson’s menu also includes timeless dishes for lunch and dinner in an old-school casual atmosphere. Popular items include the cheeseburger, the avocado dip with whipped avocado, green onion, herbs and ranch chips and the dramatic Royal Seafood Tower with oysters, shrimp cocktail, tuna tartare, cracked king crab and a 2-pound lobster.

The Lakewood location will be the chain’s third in the Dallas area following the opening of stores in Highland Park in 2017 and Addison in 2018.

“There was no question that Lakewood would harbor our third Hudson House,” said Hunter Pond, founder and CEO of Vandelay Hospitality Group. “We can’t wait to bring the classic, energetic vibe surrounding our Highland Park and Addison spots to East Dallas.”
