We’ve had winter this month, even without all the snow last week. The weather service reports that the average high in February has been 44 degrees, some 16 degrees below the average. The average temperature has been 39 degrees, 10 degrees below normal, and we’ve had eight days at freezing or lower. An ordinary February doesn’t have any days 32 or below.
