Post-its-and-lettersThere’s a fine, and funny, line between hate and love. At least, that’s the conclusion Churchmouse Production draws in its show “Hate Mail,” opening this weekend.

“Hate Mail,” a comedy by Bill Corbett and Kira Obolensky, at the Bath House Cultural Center in Dallas, opens on Aug. 2 and runs through August 17.

The show takes us stamp-by-stamp through a roller coaster relationship as seen through correspondence. Preston, a 1-percenter, and Dahlia, a starving New York artist, go from strangers to mortal enemies to lovers and everything in between.

“Hate Mail” will be directed by Jared Culpepper, with Ben Bryant as Preston and Natalie Howe as Dahlia. Set design by Rodney Dobbs. Costume Design by Jen J. Madison. Lighting Design by Sam Nance. Props Design by John Harvey. Sound Design by Kurt Kleinmann.

Tickets are $20 and reservations are suggested. For tickets by phone: 1-800-838-3006, option 1. Or you can buy tickets online.
