Green Living, 1904 Abrams Parkway in the Lakewood Shopping Center, is hosting an eWaste collection this Saturday in its parking lot from Noon-5 p.m. Drop off your outdated computers, monitors, printers, fax machines, cell phones and so forth, and keep them out of our landfills. See, if these items aren’t properly disposed of, their harmful chemicals can wind up in our drinking-water supply. Ew.
Local author Anna Clark, who was featured in Advocate magazine a couple years back, will be there from 1-3 p.m. signing copies of her new book “Green, American Style”.
