Stoney’s Bottle Bargains on Greenville Avenue is holding a grand re-opening Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The party includes wine tastings, snacks and wine notes from owner Stone Savage.
Stoney’s Fine Wine & Market decided in January to close the store because of lagging sales. But the closeout sale was so successful that he and wife Diana Savage decided to stay open as a discount wine retailer and renamed the store Stoney’s Bottle Bargains. Now they sell everything at a 30 percent discount.
