Geneva Heights Elementary School students found themselves amid a wonderland of books on Wednesday.
The school hosted the Winter Wonderland Book Bash on Dec. 3 with United to Learn, an organization that aims to equip Dallas ISD elementary schools with the tools they need to help students. Free books were given to nearly 500 students in the hope that the children will develop a love of reading and collect more books, according to a Dallas ISD news release.
And this was a party, afterall, so kid-friendly music and dancing was included in the festivities.
