The Garland Road Vision study is wrapping up soon, and a plan for the Garland Road corridor between Interstate 635 and East Grand Avenue could go to the City plan commission by May. The first of two public meetings for neighbors to offer their input is 6:30 p.m. tonight in the Bryan Adams High School auditorium.
