Garland Road Vision wants to to create a new plan and design for Garland Road from Interstate 635 to East Grand Avenue. The plan will include zoning and transportation for the corridor.
The group’s last meeting to take comments from the public before they take the plan to the city is at the Dallas Arboretum Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
