Foxtrot, a coffee shop and market, is hoping to open its newest Dallas location in quarter three or quarter four of the fiscal year.
The company will take up the old OT Tavern space at 3606A Greenville Ave. OT Tavern closed last summer after the city of Dallas filed a lawsuit against the landlords of OT Tavern and its neighbor, Bar 3606.
According to a previous Advocate article, the incoming company plans to renovate the space.
“Dallas has a foodscape that must be eaten to be believed. So we’re delivering all across the Big D to share the wealth of chefs, cuisines, and small makers Dallas has welcomed with open arms,” the website says.
The Chicago based company already has stores open at Knox-Henderson, University Park and Uptown. The market spaces of the shops feature locally sourced ingredients from companies such as Esmeralda French Bakery, Cafe Momentum, Manhattan Project Beer Co. and more.
