Maya’s Modern Mediterranean, the healthy Middle Eastern restaurant, is opening soon at 9540 Garland Rd.
After a summer of anticipation, Maya’s is ready for its soft open this week. The official opening date is Oct. 9, but you can a taste of what’s to come:
- Tuesday, Oct. 2 – Friday, Oct. 5: Open for dinner 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: Open for lunch 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Test their air baked shawarma, grilled schnitzel or chocolatey dessert hummus (complete with pretzels and strawberries for dunking).
