Flatbread Company will serve organic wood-fired pizza, salads and desserts at the location at 1720 Greenville Ave. Menu items include a pepperoni and mushroom pizza with whole milk mozzarella and parmesan cheese, a homemade sausage flatbread and a root beer float.

Pizzas range in price from $10 to $19.

Founders Jay Gould and John Meehan opened the first location in Amesbury, Massachusetts, in 1998 and have expanded to 15 locations nationwide, according to the company website.

The chain has similar menu items at all pizzerias, but locations can offer specials that are unique to their neighborhoods, Culture Map reported.

Flatbread Company will be one of several pizza joints on Greenville Avenue, alongside Greenville Avenue Pizza, Piggie Pies and Rocko’s, which moved into the old Dallas Beer Kitchen.
