Screen Shot 2014-07-17 at 11.17.28 AMDirt will begin turning in August on The Grove at Lovers Lane, the newest high-density housing development from PSW Real Estate. The Austin-based home builder is known for sustainable, urban infill projects, integrating new construction into well established neighborhoods.

Adam Stetson, the DFW division president of PSW, says these homes typically attract people “who are looking at downsizing as empty nesters or who are just starting a family.”

At 6536 E. Lovers, just west of White Rock Lake, the Grove includes 19 single-family detached homes, ranging from 1,700-2,200 square feet. They’ll have three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, with prices starting in the mid-$300,000s. Like all of PSW’s homes, these will be complete with energy-efficient features such as solar systems and spray-foam installation.

The renderings below show what the homes will look like. You can see the site plan in more detail here.

“We look at the surrounding area, and we use that as a guide, but we also add a modern twist,” Stetson says.

As we reported back in October, PSW is planning another White Rock-area project at 1000 Emerald Isle (the same plot of land where developers had hoped to build a 25-story high-rise). Stetson says that project is still in the design stage.
