First look at the proposed White Rock YMCA

Santos Martinez of Masterplan Consulting sent us this revised site plan that is being used for the White Rock YMCA’s rezoning case. As we’ve reported, the White Rock Y wants to move across the street to the corner of Gaston and Loving. The move would require a zoning change from single-family residential to community center, and the Y also is requesting a couple of variances on parking and signage.
