The long July 4th weekend is (basically) already here. So while you prep for your weekend Independence day celebrations, look back with us at some of the celebrations from the last few years.
Two years ago we showed you a glimpse of the Lakewood 4th of July Parade from the sky.
In 2013 the Lakewood parade celebrated the not only America’s 236th year, but the parade’s 50th.
Multiple Marilyn Monroe’s showed up in 2012.
In 2011 WWII veterans Sgt. Carl “Dogface” Larsen and Bill Hubner were honored at the parade.
