We couldn’t help but chuckle reading your comments — posted both to the Lakewood-East Dallas Advocate and Lakewood, Dallas Facebook pages — about some of our most read stories.
So we thought we’d give them a shout-out. Without further ado, here are our favorite comments in no particular order.
1.) “Update: shooting suspect eludes SWAT in Old East Dallas” caught the attention of Scottie Canfield, who summed up the neighborhood in a mere four sentences.
2.) We reported that, to be blunt, the rent is too damn high. Here’s what one reader had to say about “100 percent of new apartments in Dallas are ‘high-end’ in 2018.”
3.) Another neighbor has an interesting (and rather “Hunger Games”-esque) solution to the Gaston-Garland-Grand dilemma. May the odds be ever in your favor.
