The musical artist’s Dallas pop-up shop will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 27-28. This is an “immersive sound experience” that includes “exclusive content for fans, photo opportunities (and) Dua’s favorite soft drink” ahead of her Dallas concert performances on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1.

“This is not the gallery’s first brush with international stardom, as members of K-Pop sensations BTS dropped by and purchased two artworks back in 2018, resulting in countless fans visiting and news stories globally to this day,” reads Kettle Art’s website. “There is no guarantee that the artist will be in attendance, but she has made it a point to drop by in several other pop ups along her extensive worldwide tour.”

It’s impressive that Kettle Art is hosting such an event, but the gallery will achieve another great accomplishment later this year — its 20th anniversary in November. To celebrate, Kettle Art will hold its anniversary exhibition on Saturday, Nov. 22 “featuring many of ‘the Instigators’ whose regional and national careers we have helped build or launch over the past two decades,” reads Kettle Art’s website.

Stay tuned for that and other Kettle Art events here.
