Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake will host its inaugural flag raising ceremony Tuesday, Veterans Day.
The ceremony will feature “two new flags poles that will proudly fly the American and Texas flags,” organizers say.
Marine corps veteran and Texas State Representative Kenneth Sheets will lead off the event with the pledge of allegiance at 9 a.m. Veterans from John Franklin Sprague VFW Post 6796 will be in attendance and the public is encouraged to join.
