DCAC reviews every report of child abuse made in Dallas County — which equates to nearly 28,000 reports per year — and works in agreement with public and private agencies to investigate and prosecute child abuse cases.

The event, which hosted over 120 guests this year, is meant to raise funds to ensure DCAC’s ability to continue providing therapy, investigative support and other services to children in need.

“Each year, this event grows in impact and this year was no exception,” DCAC President and CEO Irish Burch said. “Every dollar directly helps children and families begin their healing journey.”
