The Lower Greenville salad-centric eatery, Crisp Salad Co., has announced that it will open a second location in the new retail building under construction at The Shops at Park Lane.
That’s according to the Dallas News biz beat blog, which also mentions that the new 2,188-square-foot Crisp will be located adjacent to Zoe’s Kitchen. Both are scheduled for a spring 2015 opening. Stay tuned for more information on the Park Lane Crisp in the months ahead.
Meanwhile on Lower Greenville, the original Crisp recently celebrated its one year anniversary. Diners continue to enjoy the modern, airy ambiance and salads made fresh to order by employees, rather than at a communal salad bar.
