The Dallas City Council yesterday approved a re-zoning request for a development at the corner of Gaston and Grand. Zad Roumaya, the developer, tells us via e-mail that he is "diligently working with the sellers on timelines that may actually allow this development plan to be financed one day …". He calls the approval "a major step toward what can be a great spark development for the White Rock area".
