Former railroad bed near Vickery Meadow will be used to build phase 4

Construction on the SoPAC trail, also known as the Katy Trail extension, continues beginning this week as crews embark on phase 4, which extends through the Vickery Meadow, Fair Oaks and northern areas of Lake Highlands. This phase utilizes an old railroad bed that runs south of the Target at the Skillman and Abrams intersection.
