The Office of Homeless Solutions was established on Oct. 1, 2017, with the purpose of identifying new and innovative solutions to address the issue of homelessness.

OHS is aiming to collect 1,000 new or gently used adult-sized winter coats by Dec.31.

There are three neighborhood locations available for neighbors to drop off coats: Lakewood Branch Library, Lochwood Branch Library and Smoky Rose restaurant.
