Five people are vying for the District 9 Dallas City Council seat in the upcoming May election, and you can hear their thoughts on everything from road improvements to White Rock Lake at these upcoming forums.
- White Rock Lake Task Force’s forum is slated for Tuesday from 4-6 p.m. at White Rock United Methodist Church, 1450 Oldgate Lane. The event, held in the church sanctuary, will be moderated.
- The East White Rock Coalition of Area Neighborhoods’ forum is scheduled for April 4 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Lake Highlands Baptist Church, 642 Brookhurst Drive. Candidates will answer questions from each other, local leaders and attendees.
