Charlie’s on Greenville, a new restaurant by the restaurateur behind The Charles, is coming to our neighborhood.
The restaurant received a certificate of occupancy for the space at 2808 Greenville Ave. in March. It will be located in the building that used to house longtime Dallas eatery The Grape, which closed in 2019.
Jones Baker Interiors & Architecture, which specializes in designing food and beverage venues, is involved with the project.

Chas Martin, the man behind the Design District restaurant, said the new East Dallas restaurant wouldn’t be a replica of either The Charles or The Grape.
