A former Woodrow Wilson receiver will return to the neighborhood where he got his start when Texas and Oklahoma face off Saturday in Dallas for the Red River Showdown.

Charleston Rambo played two years at Woodrow and made a name for himself during his sophomore season. He had 33 receptions for more than 700 yards and 11 touchdowns and was named the District 11 5A Offensive Sophomore of the Year.

Rambo finished his high school career at Cedar Hill High School, and the four-star prospect signed with the Sooners in 2017.

As a redshirt sophomore, Rambo is having a breakout season at Oklahoma. He’s become the team’s go-to deep threat and leads the country in yards per catch with 28.7, the Oklahoma Daily reports.
