The restaurant serves made-to-order personal pizzas on six types of crusts, including original, cauliflower, keto and gluten free. Customers can customize their order through an extensive list of toppings in a Chipotle-style line.

Choose from four types of sauces, such as spicy red and garlic pesto, and seven cheeses that range from classic mozzarella to feta and ricotta. Pile it high with meats, such as bacon, chicken and sausage, or opt for a veggie pizza with artichokes, olives, spinach and more.

Vegan cheese and meat options are available.

The California-based pizzeria was founded in 2011 and grew to include 340 restaurants across 41 states and six countries, according to CultureMap. Locally, there are locations in Arlington, Frisco and Grand Prairie, with three more opening in Rowlett, Irving and Mesquite.

Dine in or takeout via pickup or curbside service. Delivery is also available through its website, app or third party.

A year after it was founded, James and his business partners made an investment of less than $1 million. James’ stake in the company is now $35 million, ESPN reported.
