The panel is co-sponsored by Council member Jesse Moreno (D2), SMU Human Rights Program, Dallas Peace and Justice Center, CAIR DFW and the Dallas Chapter of UNA.

From 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. the panelists, Donald Payton, Dr. Cheryl Wattley, Imam Khalid Shaheed and moderator Dr. Ed Gray will be discussing the Rights In The City And Right In The Dallas African American Community.
