Bath House Cultural Center will put on the annual “Poets’ Prom: A Time To Sparkle” this Saturday, according to an online announcement.

B. Randall is set to host the event for the third year in a row. With a “poetic glam” dress code, it celebrates Dallas’ poetry community and acts as an opportunity to meet other poetry lovers. It will serve light hors d’oeuvres and finger foods to guests.

“At Poets’ Prom, we don’t recite poetry — we celebrate the poets,” Randall said. “This is our night to honor the work we do in and for our communities, to pause, to breathe, to simply be. No verses, no stages — just us, recharging in the joy of our shared purpose.”
Poets’ Prom is free for the public to attend and will run 8-11 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at the Bath House.
Bath House Cultural Center is located at 521 East Lawther Drive next to White Rock Lake.
