A robber held up four banks in three days last week, including one in our neighborhood.
The FBI is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man, who is about 6-foot or 6-foot-4 and 210 pounds with short blonde hair.
The robber ended his spree Dec. 16 with the Chase Bank on Mockingbird at Abrams. Previous to that, he robbed a Wells Fargo in University Park and a Capital One Bank in northwest Dallas on Dec. 14. He hit a Bank of America on Cedar Springs Dec. 12.
In the first two robberies, he gave a verbal command and passed a note to demand money. In the third robbery, he pointed a small handgun at the tellers. He used a gun again in the fourth robbery and also ordered bank employees and customers to get on the ground.
