“We are so thrilled to have Khadevis Robinson join us as the featured speaker for our upcoming fundraiser,” executive director Paul Hoffman said in the release. “In addition to his many accolades on and off the track, Khadevis uses his experiences as a competitive athlete to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential and create meaningful change in their communities. We sincerely look forward to his inspirational words.”
Robinson is a two-time Olympic runner, seven-time NCAA champion and the current director of TCU Track & Field/XC.
“It is a privilege to recognize the David M. Crowley Foundation as our honorary chairs,” director of development Amy Dunivan Raines added. “As a longstanding supporter of our organization, the impact of their generosity is far-reaching. Their support was instrumental in Agape’s pivotal 2015 move to its current facility, laying the groundwork for the clinic’s long-term growth and sustainability. Since then, the Foundation has continued to champion Agape’s mission by supporting the expansion of its integrated medical home model. We are so grateful for their enduring partnership.”
The gala will take place from 6-9:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. Sponsorships (ranging from $1,000-$20,000) and tickets ($250 each) are now available online.
The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is located at 8525 Garland Road.
