In our September issue we told you about Woodrow alum Greg McCoy and his football success with Rose Bowl champs Texas Christian University. Advocate photographer Benjamin Hager shot the game between the Frogs and SMU this weekend and caught McCoy (No. 7 jersey) among the action.

No. 20 TCU had their 22-game home winning streak snapped Saturday by unranked SMU, 40-33. Woodrow Wilson High graduate Greg McCoy, now a senior cornerback for the Horned Frogs, had three solo tackles and an interception, but was stripped of the ball inside the 10 yard line leading to a Mustang touchdown. SMU won the game in overtime on a 19-yard touchdown reception by Jeremy Johnson.
