Back in May, we mentioned the new LA Fitness in a roundup of business news about construction on Lovers. We said they were planning to open in August, and it seems they just barely made their hoped-for deadline by opening the very last Friday in August, on the 30th. They even made their grand opening Facebook official.
The facility features a salt water lap pool, a full-sized basketball court, racquetball courts, row upon row of fitness equipment, each with its own TV, locker rooms, saunas, a child care center and lots more.
