The Lakewood Early Childhood PTA needs volunteers to help with Home Festival weekend, Nov. 9-11.
They expect 4500 visitors and need about 475 volunteers. In the past five years, thanks to volunteers, the event raised $750,000 for Woodrow and Lakewood Elementary. One 2-3 hour volunteer shift raises about $300, organizers say.
