The meetings are meant for parents, staff and community members to contribute insight and commentary as the district is looking to reset its five-year priorities. These priorities are meant to provide guidelines for student achievement goals and the overall direction of the district.

There are currently 16 meetings planned across the district, including today’s. Attendees are encouraged to complete a survey that asks participants to outline their thoughts on what DISD’s priorities should be.
