The City of Dallas Water Utilities announced that, starting this week, portions of the alley between Llano Avenue and Velasco Avenue from Greenville Avenue and Matilda Street will be closed.

The closure will begin this week until winter 2024 through the remainder of the season in 2025. During this time, the construction will be focused on the installation of new water and wastewater mains.

The construction update includes a request for those driving to refrain from parking in the affected areas of the street during times of construction.
