Nearly a month after 51-year-old Isis Adger was found unconscious in an Old East Dallas apartment, her then-boyfriend Stephen Selmon, 61, has been charged in connection to her murder.

Adger was found inside of an apartment on the 1500 block of North Haskell Avenue, June 26. Her death was ruled a homicide, according to Dallas County Medical Examiner records.

Selmon was arrested July 11 and is now being held on a $500,000 bond at the Dallas County Jail.
