An Atlanta-based developer is planning to build a $30 million apartment complex in East Dallas near Ross Avenue and Peak Street, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Pollack Shores Real Estate Group has filed building permits to construct a four-story, 240-unit complex on property that is used for auto sales, according to the Morning News.

It will be the company’s first development project in Dallas, and it is scheduled for completion in early 2021, Pollack Shores managing director Brian Oates told the newspaper.

Since 2006, Pollack Shores has purchased or developed more than 22,000 apartment units in several states, including Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia.
