On Sunday, Dec. 29 Dallas police officers responded to a disturbance call in the 1900 block of Caddo Street around 11:20 p.m.
During the preliminary investigation, it was determined that suspect 52-year-old Ketsanasak Nachampassak injured 88-year-old victim Vannakham Nachampassak by violent means.
Vannahkam Nachampassak died at the scene. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
The investigation is ongoing.
