After more than a year of sitting vacant, looks like Stonelake Capital Partners, who owns half of the Skillman-Live Oak shopping center, finally figured out what to do with the location at the corner of Skillman and Oram.
Excellence 24-Hour Emergency Room announced they are coming soon to the location via several noisy signs plastered along the front and side of the building. It doesn’t look like construction has started yet, although they’re already hiring.
The location once housed Gallery Central, a custom framing store that had been there for 23 years before it was forced to move to the back of the shopping center in order to make room for Houndstooth (which, by the way, didn’t want the location after all). Looks like Stonelake is combining the old East Dallas Developmental Center location as well to create a larger space.
As far as I can tell, Excellence 24-Hour Emergency Room doesn’t have a website. If you want to get in contact with them, call the number listed on the sign 823.457.4920 or email them at info@excellenceER.com.
We’ve reached out to the company and will let you know what we find out.
