Wilshire Baptist Church will serve as a warming and charging center from 2-6 p.m. Tuesday, District 9 City Councilwoman Paula Blackmon said.

Leashed dogs or small pets in a carrier are OK to bring. Neighbors should also bring their chargers. A charging station will be provided in the community hall.

Masks and a COVID-19 wellness screening will be required. Social distancing will be enforced.

Visitors should park in the lot on the south side of the sanctuary, located at 4316 Abrams Road.

Donations of nonperishable food or water would be appreciated.
