Two markets are being held in our neighborhood this weekend to give early birds a head start on holiday shopping.
Houndstooth Coffee at 1900 N. Henderson Ave. is hosting a fall market from 9 a.m.-noon on Saturday. It will feature vendors including: Lix CBD Pet Wellness; KKStoneware; Blue Lagoon; Yours Truly Ceramics; Nettle Guru; Natalie Hasty; Lillian Flint Ceramics; and Kaila Rose Parrish.
Fraternal Order of Eagles will also have a market on Saturday. The organization’s first-annual holiday arts and crafts market will feature local artists, craftsmen, makers and businesses. Enjoy a glass of wine or other alcoholic beverage while you’re browsing.
It’s scheduled for 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the FOE, located at 8500 Arturo Drive.
Also worth noting is Family Fun Weekend at the Dallas Arboretum, which will include treats for sale from Denmore Delights, One Day Bakery and Arna’s Macarons. These items will be available all day throughout the weekend.
