at the  USA Ambassador Pageant a charity driven organization intended to promote success through leadership, integrity, character, and confidence ‘SLICC’, held at the Margaritaville resort in Kissimmee, Florida the previous month. https://usaambassador.com

The contestants were judged on their community service involvement and speaking ability through a self-defined video, and their service history to showcase their community involvement. Contestants also showed poise and confidence during evening wear.

The 11-year-old had been preparing for the nationals pageant for months prior to her win in the Texas state pageant in mid-January. Since the Texas crown, she has been at work towards her national crown.

Kennett not only received a national title, but was the recipient of 6 Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Awards during the USA Ambassador national pageant. The highest-level award for community work and volunteerism starting at 100+ hours of community service.

“Seeing my daughter set big goals and then go after them makes me extremely proud,” Brooklyn’s mother Krinna Kennett said. “When she is able to achieve the goals she set, that is really just the icing on the cake.”

She has completed over 800 hours of service in her girlhood so far. In addition, she has started her own charity driven platform called Care with Flair, Champions for Kids in Need, in 2019

Her accomplishments include packing over 250 shoebox gifts for Operation Christmas Child, collecting and donating over 1 million pop-tabs to the Ronald McDonald House Dallas, and volunteering countless hours at Feed My Starving Children to help feed kids throughout the world.

Currently, she is focused on helping as many kids she can to feel happy, healthy, and complete.

“It isn’t often that you see a young person so driven to make a difference, and it’s really an honor to be her mom,” her mother said.

Outside of her charitable acts, she spends her spare time participating in Allstar cheer, and is in her 5th year with Express Cheer Dallas. She is also on the St Patrick Catholic School cheer squad, and enjoys performing in musical theater productions, and is a 6-year Girl scout and cookie super seller, pianist and softball player.

As part of the USA Ambassador prize package, the SLICC winners will attend a mission trip to Puerto Rico in 2024 and will be afforded other opportunities including walking in New York Fashion Week and attending a royalty cruise in the Spring.
