Lucas Bradbury, the founder and CEO of the San Antonio-based restaurant, will pitch his business to the Shark Tank hosts May 20.

A Project Pollo opened on Greenville Avenue in East Dallas earlier this year. It serves vegan chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, wraps and more.

On the show, Bradbury will ask Dallas resident Mark Cuban, Kevin Hart, Kevin O’Leary, Lori Greiner and Barbara Corcoran for a $2.5 million investment in exchange for 5% of the company. He will also give them an opportunity to taste some of the plant-based food, The Dallas Morning News reports.

The show, Shark Tank‘s season finale, will be on at 7 p.m. tomorrow.

This isn’t the first time an East Dallas restaurant was featured on a television show. The manager of Round Table Pizza on SMU Boulevard was spotlighted on Undercover Boss. Also, vendors from the State Fair of Texas were included on the A&E show Deep Fried Dynasty.
