Four graduating seniors at Dallas ISD schools in our neighborhood have been awarded Superintendent’s Scholarships.
They are among 75 students across the district each receiving $3,000 through the Superintendent’s Scholarships. These awards, which have been given to DISD seniors for more than 10 years, are funded with proceeds from the Superintendent’s Scholarship Golf Tournament.
Recipients were chosen based on academic success, character, service and financial need.
Here are the student winners from Bryan Adams High School and Woodrow Wilson High School:
- Alexis Nicole Albright, Oklahoma University, graphic design
- Genesis Caridard Juarez, University of Miami, psychology
- Christopher Olvera Joel Paisano, University of Texas at Austin, computer science
- McKenzie Marie Rentie, Southwestern University, English
