The Dallas Cowboys are planning to open a $3 million fitness center at Baylor University Medical Center in East Dallas, the Dallas Morning News reported.

The 45,000-square-foot center, known as Cowboys Fit, is scheduled to open this fall, according to the Morning News.

It will be located in the former Tom Landry Fitness Center on Washington Avenue and include exercise areas and locker rooms, the newspaper reported.

The first Cowboys Fit opened in Frisco at The Star, the Cowboys’ headquarters and training facility, in 2017. Locations have since opened in downtown Dallas, Plano and Pflugerville.
