An Arizona-based chain is bringing wine and bruschetta to Deep Ellum next spring, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Postino plans to open in April at 2647 Main St. in the former Lula B’s antique shop.
The brand already operates two locations in Houston and has restaurants throughout the Southwest.
The eatery’s name comes from the Italian word for postman and was inspired by the 1940s post office where the first location opened in Phoenix in 2001, the newspaper reported.
“We just want to contribute and be a part of the community, but be a meaningful part of it and not try to change anything about it,” CEO Lauren Bailey told the Morning News.
