Two teenagers were charged with murder after the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old Tuesday in Far East Dallas, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Jacobrien Robertson, 19, and an unidentified 16-year-old are accused of shooting Jonathon Castillo. Police say Castillo was sitting in the passenger seat of a friend’s car around 2:15 p.m. at 2728 N. Buckner Blvd. when the shooting occurred.

Castillo later died at the hospital, according to the Morning News.

Robertson was injured during the shooting and is being treated for injuries that are not considered life-threatening. He will be taken into custody after being released from the hospital.

The other individual is being held at the Henry Wade Juvenile Detention Center.
